An XRQTC group got a Maratò project

The group led by Prof. Jordi Villa, UPF-IMIM and member of the XRQTC participates in a project funded by La Maratò de TV3, dedicated to spinal cord and brain injuries.

The project is entitled: Modulation of immune receptor activity: a new therapeutic strategy for acute damage to the central nervous system "and has a funding of 395,684€.

The project coordinator is Dr. Pérez-Simó Acarin Laia Subirana, Institut de Neurociències de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.

The other partners are:

• Dr. Juan Sayós Ortega, CIBBIM - Nanomedicina Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron
